Tonight – We will have a team run at 7:00pm followed by a Chalk Talk at the Reverchon Park Rec Center 3505 Maple Avenue, Dallas, TX at 8:00.

The Rec Center and Park are adjacent to the Katy Trail so we will meet there and Jordan will take you on a run. If you are injured and cannot make the run please be at the Rec Center by 7:45. Bring some paper and pen.

STARTING FEBRUARY 8th practices will resume at Fair Oaks behind the school. There is a map under the ‘Maps’ section of the site.

Hey everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the nice break we had over this last month or so. It is time to get back in the swing of things and prepare for The Bingham Cup this JUNE! Saturday Practices have resumed so please be sure to make it out to Lake Highlands from 10am until 12pm. As of right now practices are weekly until the weather permits us to start up weekday training. BUT, that doesn’t mean Saturday’s are your only workout days. Please keep working on your cardio and other workouts at home or at the gym. Hope to see you soon!

Practices are now being held at Fair Oaks Park, until further notice. The address is 7600 Fair Oaks Blvd. When you arrive, drive past the baseball fields, all the way to the back of the park.
