Ladies and Gentlemen,
I LOVE a good mud practice as much as the next guy but the field conditions are ripe for injury so even though we could train on the side of Griggs field as we did on Saturday we WILL NOT have an outdoor training this evening.
WE WILL however meet at Coach’s and Katie’s house this evening and watch the Wales v England 6 Nations match. This is not an optional meeting, please consider this the same as a regular practice.

Where– Katie and Coach’s house. Please check your email from yahoo groups or contact your captain for the address.
When– February 8th 7pm
Bring your dinner. We have some soft drinks, water and lots of tortilla chips

Because of the continued rain and field closings, the men’s team will not be playing their match against Ft. Sill this weekend.
However, there will be practice at Grigg’s field on Saturday, February 6th at 11 AM. Be there! No excuses!

New Time and Location: 12:00 Noon at the Griffins Pitch in Frisco, TX
Address is 4801 Legendary Drive, Frisco, TX at Stonebriar Church.
The location and time change is due to weather forecasts calling for thunderstorms and possible rain tonight and tomorrow morning. The Griffins can play on their pitch rain or shine and graciously offered to host so we can play no matter what happens with the weather. We don’t have to worry about the City of Dallas cancelling our match!
Diablos – We will meet in the parking lot by Woody’s at 10AM for those needing a ride and caravan up to Frisco. Be ready boots on at 11:00AM for warm ups. Third Half will follow at the Dallas Eagle at 2:30PM.
Also check back at this website and watch email. In the event the weather folks are wrong and there is no stormy weather and rain, we will move the match back to 2PM at the Highlands. This is unlikely but a long shot possibility.
SATURDAY is a RUGBY DAY!!!!

Hi teams!
Thanks to everyone who came out last night and shared in the potluck. We ate THREE different kinds of meatballs, several meatball-free entrees, a slew of sides, and some cake and pie. Yum!

That’s right, the first 20 people at the Dallas Studio Movie Grill at Royal and Central Expressway on Saturday, December 12 for the 3:30pm showing of Clint Eastwood’s latest movie, Invictus, will get in free!
