Tomorrow is the event you’ve been waiting for, the Dallas Diablo’s 10 year anniversary aka HELLFEST 2012.
FRIDAY | Registration for the players will be at the host hotel – Wyndham Dallas Love Field Hotel (3300 W. Mockingbird Lane | Dallas, TX 75235)
from 10am until 5pm. Registration costs will be: $35 /Competing Teams, $35/Whore to be placed with a team for play.
The opening party will begin at Woody’s Sports Bar at 7pm. Transportation will be provided from the host hotel beginning at 6:15 and back to Wyndham. The last returning bus will leave at 10pm.
SATURDAY | Volunteers will need to be at the Lake Highlands pitch by 7:00am for set up. Diablos will arrive no later than 7:30am. All players will need to be at the pitch by 9:00am for the first match.

The 3rd half will be at the Dallas Eagle beginning approximately around 5:30pm. Non-playing visitors to the Eagle will be charged a $20 cover to ruck around with the ruggers as they cheer, chant, and chug whilst really getting to know each other the good ol’ fashioned way. Cover includes free beer and access to the traditional Rugby buffet served at every 3rd half (SO. MUCH. FOOD.) Transportation will be provided from the pitch to the eagle, and from the Eagle to the Wyndham.
Transportation will run from the hotel direct to Cedar Springs for the annual Halloween Bloc Party. THERE IS NO RETURN TRANSPORTATION FROM THE STRIP BACK TO THE HOST HOTEL AFTER THE PARTY. PLEASE SECURE A CAB SERVICE OR HAVE A DESIGNATED DRIVER TAKE YOU BACK TO YOUR/THEIR PLACE.
SUNDAY | Recuperation begins immediately. Everyone is free to enjoy the vibrant weather and come limp around as they please. However, you’ll want to make time to get down and get furry at Beartasia hosted by Beardance Dallas. The dance will begin at 2pm at TMC (The Mining Company on Cedar Springs) until 8pm. There is a $5 suggested donation at the door with the proceeds going back to your favorite devils so we can prep for next years debauchery. THERE WILL BE NO BUS TRANSPORT TO OR FROM THIS EVENT. Cabs will be at the strip, as well as several willing and able gentleman who’d love to get you home (though who’s home I’m never quite sure.)

Make time to stop by Lake Highlands park tomorrow at 2pm to see some female diablos leave it all on the pitch against the Denton Women’s Rugby Club. After the diablo dame’s sevens match, everyone will be meeting up for the 3rd half at Dallas Woody’s Sports Bar.
