It’s That Time Again!!
Hey everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the nice break we had over this last month or so. It is time to get back in the swing of things and prepare for The Bingham Cup this JUNE! Saturday Practices have resumed so please be sure to make it out to Lake Highlands from 10am until 12pm. As of right now practices are weekly until the weather permits us to start up weekday training. BUT, that doesn’t mean Saturday’s are your only workout days. Please keep working on your cardio and other workouts at home or at the gym. Hope to see you soon!
